What makes the GLP-1 Journal a worthwhile investment?
It's Convenient

One of the quickest ways to derail a person when they are beginning a new habit is to make it burdensome for them to stay consistent. This journey is too important, and I believe your time is just as critical as your health and well-being--so I've gone the extra mile to remove as much of the friction from your tracking process as I can (I even had to learn a little bit of javascript to do it!).

Other digital journals leave all of the labor to you, making you write or type in the same information over and over every day in order to track your progress. Many of them also don't work interactively unless you import them into a paid notetaking app.

I've designed the GLP-1 Journal to be a fully interactive PDF document that anyone can use with a basic, free PDF application. Save it where you'd like, so you can use it where you want. Type or use your stylus, whichever is more convenient. Quickly go back and forth between pages. And most importantly, spend more time tracking your journey and less time on trying to organize your tracking--because it's already been done for you.

Why isn't there more in the journal around food and exercise?

The primary focus of the GLP-1 Journal is so you can monitor trends in how you are feeling and reacting to the medication, and so you can better recognize your own thought and behavior patterns. The journal does have limited areas for food and exercise, and in these two sections, you are encouraged to make notes about the activity around these two subjects.

That said, however, this workbook isn't designed for extensive calorie/macros tracking--there are diet tracking and fitness apps that already do this far better than I ever could, and intensive calorie-counting is counter to the general approach that I recommend during the weight-loss phase of this process.

What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied with the journal?
